Key Responsibilities

• Design and own the end-to-end Reltio MDM architecture across HCP, HCO, and Outlet domains.
• Lead migration from Informatica MDM to Reltio, including data model, match rules, survivorship, and integrations.
• Define L3 data models, hierarchies, reference data, and identity/crosswalk strategies.
• Architect integrations using Reltio APIs, Event Streams, Veeva CRM, Workato, Snowflake, and ADF.
• Define cloud landing zone architecture and security controls across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, CSV, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
• Provide architectural leadership, governance, and stakeholder management across business and technology teams.
• Collaborate with Reltio Professional Services and internal delivery teams.

Mandatory Skills

• 15+ years of Enterprise Data Architecture experience
• 8+ years of MDM experience
• Strong hands-on expertise with Reltio MDM
• Experience with Informatica MDM and at least one of Stibo STEP or IBM Initiate
• Proven experience leading Informatica MDM to Reltio migration
• Life Sciences domain expertise:
