Description

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of MDM programs, from initial planning through execution and go-live.

Responsibilities

• Lead MDM program lifecycles including requirements, design, configuration, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
• Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones.
• Establish governance frameworks including RACI models, business glossaries, and reference data standards.
• Implement data quality rules, scorecards, and continuous improvement processes.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings, executive reporting, and risk management.
• Drive change management, training, and adoption initiatives for large user groups.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project or program management leading large-scale MDM or MDG implementations.
• Deep expertise in master data domains: Material Master, Purchase Info Record, Source List, Pricing Conditions, and Bill of Materials.
• Hands-on experience with SimpleMDG and SAP ECC.
• Strong understanding of Data Governance frameworks and data quality management.
• Proven experience managing global programs with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SDLC processes, including SIT, UAT, and cutover phases.
• Experience managing program budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in regulated environments with SOX or GxP compliance requirements.
• Experience driving large-scale change management and user adoption.
