Lead the design and implementation of scalable Master Data Management solutions, acting as the technical subject matter expert for enterprise data architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end MDM solutions, including data modeling, match/merge rules, and survivorship strategies for Person, Patient, and Product domains.
• Design and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines and data lakes using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and Snowflake for high-volume processing.
• Develop integration patterns and APIs using Webmethods to facilitate seamless data exchange between enterprise systems.
• Define and implement Enterprise Data Services (EDS) architecture to enable secure data sharing and consumption across the organization.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and conduct design reviews to ensure adherence to architectural standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT architecture or software development with a focus on large-scale data solutions.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Informatica MDM, including Entity 360, Provisioning Tool, and Informatica Data Director (IDD).
• Proven expertise in designing ETL/ELT processes using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
• Deep knowledge of Snowflake architecture, data modeling, performance optimization, and cloud integration.
• Strong background in Webmethods suite for ESB services, API management, and integration middleware.
• Solid proficiency in SQL, data warehousing concepts, and scripting languages (Python or Shell).
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders and manage client relationships.
