You will analyze and manage master data processes within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Conduct change impact assessments for updates to master data attributes and workflows, identifying downstream effects.
- Perform data reconciliation across source systems and MDM hubs to find discrepancies and drive corrective action.
- Support change management by coordinating data updates, validating changes, and documenting approvals.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Data Governance teams on master data definitions and stewardship.
- Monitor and report on master data quality metrics, recommending process improvements or automation opportunities.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Analysis, Data Quality, or a related discipline.
- Experience with data reconciliation, impact analysis, and change coordination across large data systems.
- Strong analytical ability with attention to detail for solving data integrity issues.
- Familiarity with data governance concepts and master data lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with querying and data tools to interpret large datasets.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills to translate business requirements.
- Exposure to data platforms, including MDM systems or data lakes.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience with Master Data Management platforms or tooling (e.g., Reltio, Informatica MDM, Talend).
- Knowledge of enterprise CRM/ERP systems such as Salesforce.
