Description

You will lead the offshore team and ensure the reliability of software applications supporting data needs.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage the offshore team supporting data application reliability.
• Design and implement infrastructure and onboard new applications.
• Automate systems engineering tasks and systems integration processes.
• Troubleshoot and support Databricks workspaces, focusing on workload optimisation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in relevant IT landscape roles.
• Expert knowledge in at least one MDM tool.
• Strong understanding of Azure Cloud Services, specifically Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Key Vault (AKV).
• Proven history of automating tasks using scripting (Bash, Python, Powershell).
• Experience with configuration management tools like Puppet.
• Deep understanding of DevOps practices and the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with logging, monitoring tools, and incident management.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with security protocols, including OAuth, SCIM, Key Vaults, TLS, and IDM.
• Experience with Red Hat Linux.
