MDM Developer

• MDM Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop MDM strategies tailored to their needs. 
• Profisee Implementation: Lead the implementation of MDM solutions using the Profisee tool, including data modeling, data integration, data quality, and data governance components. 
• Data Governance: Establish data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry regulations. 
• Data Quality Management: Design and implement data quality rules, standards, and processes to monitor and improve data quality within the MDM system. 
• Data Integration: Define data integration strategies and oversee the integration of data from various source systems into the Profisee MDM platform. 
• Master Data Modeling: Develop and maintain master data models, hierarchies, and taxonomies to support the client's MDM objectives.
• Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure the Profisee tool to meet specific client requirements, including workflows, data matching, and data stewardship. 
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data stewards, and IT professionals, to ensure successful MDM implementations. 
• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including design documents, data dictionaries, and user manuals, to facilitate knowledge transfer and support ongoing maintenance. 
• Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and administrators on the Profisee MDM tool and best practices for data management. 
• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues related to data quality, data integration, and system performance. 
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Profisee tool updates, and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements and optimizations to existing MDM solutions.

Job Description:

• Hands-on experience implementing MDM Solution in Microsoft Azure 
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure Data Management products such as ADF Gathering functional and technical requirements as inputs into the overall solution design
• Estimating and planning work for all phases of the software development lifecycle 
• Participating in process and functional design activities, carrying out application design, build, test, and deploy activities for Profisee MDM and all integrating applications. 
• Planning, developing, executing data conversion routines Driving user acceptance test planning and execution 
• Must have good understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) architectures and business processes 
• Participate in design of Profisee MDM solutions (Multi-Domain MDM), Data Quality and Data Integration based on customer needs 
• Develop / Configure MDM Landing, Staging and Base Objects
• PROFISEE Product Experience is preferred (Profisee Version -2021 R1,2023 R1)
