You will design, implement, and configure MDM Hub solutions for Customer and Party domains.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, and test MDM Hub environments.
• Develop, configure, and maintain the Master Data Model.
• Develop and fine-tune MDM match-merge processes.
• Build and test Master Data Integration processes for data ingestion, transformation, and integration.
• Support data migration activities and optimize MDM Hub performance.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience implementing MDM Hub for Customer and Party domains.
• Direct development experience with Informatica On-prem MDM or IDMC.
• Proficiency in ETL processing and designing landing, curated, and target tables using Medallion architecture.
• Hands-on experience with master data systems, processing, integration, and management.
• Strong data source analysis and data profiling skills.
• Ability to configure IDQ rule sets including data cleansing, parsing, standardization, validation, and DQ exception monitoring.
• Experience proposing DQ optimization rules to business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of asset management or financial markets.
