You will design, develop, and implement enterprise-level MDM architecture and technical solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement MDM architecture, including data stewardship frameworks and cleansing recommendations.
• Configure match and merge rules, trust matrices, match paths, and data stewardship workflows.
• Execute data profiling and quality analysis to identify gaps and anomalies for stakeholder review.
• Perform data cataloging and analysis using Purview.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and drive architecture discussions.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of IT experience with 6+ years focused on MDM architecture, design, and development.
• Extensive experience with Profisee MDM and Purview tools.
• 6+ years of experience in ETL development, support, and operations with an emphasis on data quality.
• Deep knowledge of Bill Inmon and Ralph Kimball methodologies for data warehouse design.
• Expertise in Data Warehousing, Data Profiling, Data Cataloging, Data Lineage, and Data Governance.
• Advanced SQL skills for complex data analysis and profiling.
• Strong understanding of normalization, de-normalization, data extraction, and data cleansing.
• Proven experience implementing multi-domain MDM for Fortune 100 organizations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience participating in roadmap planning and recommending technical solutions.
