Description

You will serve as the Mobility Administrator for the MDM platform, managing the full lifecycle of mobile and desktop device environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the MDM solution lifecycle, including upgrades, performance monitoring, capacity planning, and troubleshooting.
• Execute device inventory management covering procurement, deployment, and decommissioning.
• Enforce device security through containerization, compliance policies, and application profiles to protect company data.
• Administer mobile application management, including whitelist management and approved app store oversight.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 end-user support for mobile and endpoint technologies.

Required Skills

• Expertise in VM Workspace ONE UEM and Workspace ONE Access (AirWatch).
• Deep knowledge of Apple DEP, ABM, VPP, and APNS.
• Experience with Android EMM, including Work Profile versus Work Managed configurations.
• Proficiency in configuring UEM device profiles for iOS and Android (passcode, Wi-Fi, restrictions).
• Hands-on experience with Apple, Android, Windows PC/Laptop, and macOS device enrollment.
• Technical familiarity with Workspace ONE apps: Hub, Boxer, Content, Web, and Tunnel.
• Strong understanding of LDAP, Directory Services, and Secure LDAP.
• Knowledge of Workspace ONE infrastructure components including Cloud Connector, Universal Access Gateway, and Secure Email Gateway.
• Understanding of AD users, attributes, OUs, and Assignment Groups within a UEM environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with O365, Federated authentication, and API integrations.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for incident, request, and change management.
• Windows server administration and certificate management experience.
