You will manage endpoint management and device enrollment across a diverse hardware landscape.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project life cycle tasks under established guidelines.
• Configure and deploy UEM device profiles, including iOS/Android restrictions, passcodes, and Wi-Fi settings.
• Administer Workspace ONE infrastructure components such as Cloud Connector, Universal Access Gateway, and Secure Email Gateway.
• Execute device enrollments for Apple, Android, Windows PC/Laptop, and MacOS.
• Implement UEM compliance policies and manage repositories including file share paths.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working within a financial institution.
• SME level expertise in Workspace ONE UEM and Workspace ONE Access.
• 2+ years of experience with VMware Workspace ONE (AirWatch).
• Deep knowledge of Apple DEP, ABM, VPP, and APNS.
• Hands-on experience with Android EMM, including Work Profile vs. Work Managed configurations.
• Proficiency with core Workspace ONE apps: Hub, Boxer, Content, Web, and Tunnel.
• Experience managing LDAP, Directory Services, and Secure LDAP.
• Knowledge of VPN tunneling methods such as PerAppVPN.
• Understanding of Active Directory structures, including OUs, users, attributes, groups, and Assignment Groups.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with O365, federated authentication, and certificate management.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for incident, request, and change management.
• Windows server administration and API understanding.
