Description

You manage mobile device fleets and application deployments for large-scale environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage mobile devices and application deployments using Omnissa Workspace ONE (AirWatch).
• Perform daily operational management, monitoring, and reporting for fleets of 10,000+ devices.
• Administer iOS, Android, rugged device, and mobile printing platforms.
• Handle incident and service request management using BMC Remedy and ServiceNow.
• Utilize scripting languages for automation and operational tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
• Deep expertise with Omnissa Workspace ONE (AirWatch).
• Proficiency in scripting with Bash, Shell, PowerShell, and Batch.
• Hands-on experience with incident management systems, specifically BMC Remedy and ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of iOS and Android device management.
• Ability to manage large-scale mobile fleets (10,000+ devices).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Apple Business Manager and Apple Configurator.
• Familiarity with Zebra StageNow and other vendor provisioning tools.

Bachelor's degree required.
