✅ Key Responsibilities:
🔹 MDM & Data Governance
• Design and maintain enterprise MDM solutions across domains like Customer, Supplier, Product, and Reference Data
• Implement data quality, matching, merging, and survivorship rules to maintain golden records
• Translate data governance policies into scalable technical solutions
• Support data stewardship workflows and monitor data quality metrics
🔹 Full-Stack Development & Integration
• Develop backend services, REST APIs, and microservices
• Build and enhance front-end/stewardship interfaces for MDM workflows
• Integrate MDM platforms with Oracle ERP (R12 & Cloud) and enterprise systems
• Enable real-time and event-driven integrations using cloud technologies
🔹 Data & Platform Engineering
• Perform data modeling aligned with enterprise standards
• Develop and optimize SQL & PL/SQL for processing and validation
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve MDM and integration performance
• Maintain documentation, deployment processes, and operational runbooks
🎓 Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years of application/data engineering experience with direct MDM exposure
• Strong understanding of:
Data Governance
Golden Records
Data Quality & Survivorship
Stewardship Workflows
🛠 Required Technical Skills:
• Experience with MDM platforms (Oracle MDM/EDM, Informatica MDM, Reltio, SAP MDG, Semarchy, Profisee, etc.)
• Strong REST API and microservices development experience
• Strong SQL & PL/SQL skills
• Experience with Oracle ERP and integrations (OIC)
• Familiarity with cloud messaging tools like Azure Event Hubs / Service Bus
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, and automated testing
