Description

You design and develop Informatica MDM and IDQ solutions, translating functional requirements into technical specifications for Global Business Services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Profile source data and analyze metadata characteristics to define cleansing and transformation logic.
• Design, build, and optimize mappings for data loading, de-duplication, standardization, and enrichment.
• Implement data quality processes including transliteration, parsing, and validation using IDQ.
• Write shell scripts to invoke mappings and develop SQL queries for data verification.
• Document all mappings, mapplets, and rules, then deploy and validate objects across environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica Developer, IDQ, and MDM.
• Proficiency in ETL design, data profiling, and master data management.
• Strong SQL skills for data verification and analysis.
• Experience with shell scripting for workflow automation.
• Ability to document technical processes and communicate with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with multi-environment deployment and validation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with batch and real-time data loading environments.
• Background in Global Business Services data projects.
