Description

You will own the integration of Master Data Management systems within a healthcare environment, ensuring data integrity and compliance with HIPAA standards.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain APIs and backend services connecting MDM platforms with enterprise applications.
• Develop integration services using SQL and APIs to support master data workflows.
• Implement identity resolution and golden record logic for member and provider data.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and communicate technical findings to stakeholders.
• Support legacy and hybrid enterprise systems during migration and maintenance phases.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with a focus on integration and backend development.
• Proficiency in SQL and API development.
• Strong understanding of relational data concepts and backend architecture.
• Experience handling sensitive healthcare data with knowledge of HIPAA compliance.
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues and provide clear technical communication.
• Experience with Integration Services.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IBM InfoSphere MDM or similar Master Data Management tools.
• Background in healthcare payer/provider, Medicaid, or public sector domains.
• Exposure to AWS, Snowflake, or Tableau for analytics and data processing.
