Description

Lead enterprise Master Data Management execution, translating strategy into deliverables across Customer, Supplier, and Legal Entity domains.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct the MDM Program Management Office, managing intake, prioritization, orchestration, reporting, and change management.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and align business priorities with technology implementation.
• Design and improve MDM governance, operating models, and business processes to ensure data quality and operational excellence.
• Create cross-functional workstreams to coordinate milestones, dependencies, and risks for timely initiative delivery.
• Develop program reporting, KPIs, and executive updates while proactively identifying and escalating issues.

Required Skills

• 10–12 years of experience in data, operations, digital technology, or finance.
• 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management with strong knowledge of governance and business/technology alignment.
• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional programs in large, matrixed organizations.
• Expertise in Customer and Product MDM processes.
• Strong program management capabilities, including prioritization and structured thinking.
• Ability to lead onshore and offshore teams and ensure SLA compliance.
• Excellent communication skills to synthesize complex topics for executive audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MDM tools such as Reltio, Stibo, or Informatica.
• Background working with ERP or enterprise systems.
