Description

You will lead the enterprise Master Data Management roadmap, translating strategy into execution across Customer, Supplier, and Legal Entity domains.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own the MDM Program Management Office, handling intake, prioritization, orchestration, and change management.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive alignment on master data initiatives.
• Design and improve MDM governance, operating models, and business processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional work-streams to manage milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Develop program reporting, KPIs, and executive updates while managing vendor delivery.

Required Skills

• 10–12 years of experience in data, operations, or digital technology.
• 5+ years of hands-on Master Data Management experience.
• Strong understanding of data governance and business/technology alignment.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in large, matrixed organizations.
• Proficiency with Informatica.
• Ability to lead onshore and offshore teams and ensure SLA compliance.
• Excellent communication skills for synthesizing complex topics for executive audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP, enterprise systems, or MDM tools such as Reltio or Stibo.
• Strong awareness of Customer and Product MDM processes.
