Description

You will lead the Master Data Management application support team and oversee platform operational stability in a banking environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the MDM support team, including staffing, skill development, and budget oversight.
• Oversee production defects and service requests to ensure adherence to agreed SLAs.
• Plan and manage the development lifecycle for BAU changes and defect fixes.
• Maintain accurate MDM application documentation and propose process improvements.
• Support banking initiatives requiring new or modified MDM platform services.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing data platforms and support teams.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica Master Data Management and related tools.
• Deep understanding of MDM concepts, processes, and technical challenges.
• In-depth knowledge of the software delivery lifecycle and managing technical change.
• Technical proficiency in database systems and ETL tools.
• Experience managing vendors and distributed teams across multiple locations.
• Working knowledge of data security rules applied in banking.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Customer Hub.
• Experience with Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (OEDQ).
