Description

You will lead MDM technical initiatives focusing on data cleansing for Aurora mock conversion cycles and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design MDM solutions, including data models and metadata structures, to meet organizational data quality requirements.
• Develop and implement data quality frameworks, standards, and metrics to monitor data integrity over time.
• Build sustainable data cleansing processes to remediate duplicates, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies.
• Establish metadata repositories to manage master data entities, attributes, and relationships.
• Lead interface discussions with boundary applications regarding master data and participate in SIT, UAT, and Go-Live phases.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data management or related technical roles.
• Extensive expertise in Oracle MDM concepts, specifically within customer and supplier modules.
• Deep understanding of TCA architecture.
• Hands-on experience with the Oracle Fusion Cloud platform.
• Proven track record in data quality management and implementing remediation processes.
• Experience supporting SIT and UAT cycles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for cross-functional environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
