Description

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives, managing project plans, sprint schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage requirements for data integration, migration, and transformation, including current-to-future state mapping.
• Conduct impact assessments and gap analysis to identify business impacts and propose mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate harmonization discussions with global stakeholders and support governance forums to align on MDM attributes.
• Partner with SMEs to analyze data profiling, availability, and quality, translating findings into actionable project requirements.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate transformed data sets to ensure integrity before deployment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of combined experience in project management and data analysis, focused on MDM or data governance.
• Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools: Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project.
• Hands-on technical skills with SQL and Python for querying large, complex data sets.
• Experience with analytics platforms such as Hadoop, Spark, or Snowflake.
• Proficiency with BI tools including Tableau, ThoughtSpot, or Business Objects.
• Understanding of data architecture principles, data lineage, and data dictionary maintenance.
• Ability to assess data quality, define rules, and drive improvements in collaboration with analysts.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certifications.
• Familiarity with D&B data architecture, hierarchies, and enrichment.
• Experience with governance tools like Collibra or Data Hub.
