Description

You will own manual and automated testing for MDM and mobile device management use cases, focusing on iOS, macOS, and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated testing for iOS, macOS, and mobile device management via configuration, MDM, or tools like Configurator and scripts.
• Test builds for web, iOS, and macOS applications, ensuring stability and performance.
• Develop and manage extensive test plans for large-scale business-critical applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently, including debugging DOM, CSS, and JavaScript within modern website designs.
• Document findings with high attention to detail and communicate results effectively.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA testing.
• Deep knowledge of iOS and macOS operating systems and environments.
• Hands-on experience with iOS/iPhone, JavaScript, and Unix.
• Proficiency with macOS UNIX command line and Mac-specific management commands.
• Ability to debug the DOM, CSS, and JavaScript within modern website designs.
• Experience testing enterprise or large-scale business-critical applications.
• Ability to work on-site in the Sunnyvale Apple Lab 5 days a week.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience testing within Apple environments.
