Description

You will architect and lead Master Data Management initiatives for large BFSI organizations, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across the enterprise.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define future-state MDM architectures and provide strategic guidance on data quality, governance, and integration.
• Lead high-level design sessions, capture architectural artifacts, and ensure designs are realized through delivery.
• Design and implement scalable, modern data architectures on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for enterprise-wide data transformation.
• Monitor project execution, interpret architectural tradeoffs, and facilitate technical validation during design and planning phases.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience delivering enterprise solutions, with at least 8 years focused on enterprise data transformation.
• Hands-on expertise with Informatica MDM, Reltio, SAP MDG, or IBM InfoSphere.
• Proven experience architecting MDM solutions and leading end-to-end implementations at scale.
• Strong understanding of data integration, governance, metadata management, data stewardship, data modeling, and ETL design.
• Experience designing APIs and building architectures on AWS or Azure.
• Proficiency in program management using JIRA and RAID.
