Description

Define and deliver IT solutions for Oracle MDM and Customer Data Hub, balancing standardization with necessary customization. You will own the design process, ensuring solutions meet maintainability, scalability, and performance requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and design documents.
• Define IT solutions that support business ambitions, ensuring expected benefits are achieved.
• Create and refine user stories, participating actively in Agile routines (standups, refinements, reviews).
• Ensure proposed solutions support maintainability, scalability, operability, and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels to align technical delivery with business goals.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business and functional analysis for Oracle MDM (CDM) or other MDM platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Customer Data Hub or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of TCA (Trading Community Architecture) and BI reporting.
• Proficiency in API design, REST APIs, and API Manager configurations.
• Knowledge of integration architectures including EDI, API, and event-driven patterns (ideally Kafka).
• Ability to work effectively with development teams to ensure clear understanding of design documents.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting applications at L2/L3 support levels.
