Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop solutions and reusable assets for forthcoming MDM projects, including domain master taxonomy, attributes, and governance workflows.
• Engage in global MDM programs to define and operationalize domain master taxonomy, data governance, and data quality activities.
• Act as a team member or domain lead (onsite/offshore) to guide discovery and solution design for Product, Customer, Supplier, and related domain masters.
• Guide technical teams on POC/solution development, including test case design and certification of solutions prior to customer handover.
• Author deal-winning proposals and responses; contribute to research and publish papers in global forums.

Skills Required:

• 8-14 years of experience with at least 5 years in industry and consulting; minimum 2 years of MDM experience.
• MDM exposure/hands-on experience with one or more: SAP MDG, Oracle MDM, Informatica, Stibo, Syndigo.
• Domain Masters expertise across one or more areas: Product, Customer, Suppliers, Operations, People; ability to adapt frameworks during discovery.
• Strong understanding of Data Governance strategies and Data Quality strategies for master data domains.
• Experience supporting MDM projects for Product Master, Customer Master, and Supplier Master in manufacturing and retail industries.

Good to Have:

• Experience delivering Product Master, Customer Master, and Supplier Master use cases for manufacturing and retail.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field
