Description

You will design and deliver master data management solutions, defining domain taxonomies, governance workflows, and data quality strategies for Product, Customer, and Supplier masters.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop reusable MDM assets and solution architectures for global programs, guiding discovery and design for Product, Customer, and Supplier domains.
• Define and operationalize data governance and data quality frameworks, ensuring alignment with industry standards for manufacturing and retail.
• Lead technical teams through proof of concept, solution development, test case design, and certification prior to customer handover.
• Author technical proposals and contribute to research publications, demonstrating thought leadership in master data management.

Required Skills

• 8-14 years of total experience, including at least 5 years in industry/consulting and minimum 2 years in MDM.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP MDG, Oracle MDM, Informatica, Stibo, or Syndigo.
• Strong understanding of data governance strategies and data quality frameworks for master data domains.
• Experience delivering Product, Customer, and Supplier master use cases, particularly in manufacturing and retail.
• Ability to adapt domain master frameworks during discovery phases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a domain lead for onsite/offshore MDM teams.
• Published papers or contributions to global forums on MDM topics.
