Description

You will lead the MDM application support team, overseeing technical changes, BAU improvements, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the MDM support team, ensuring correct staffing levels, skill coverage, and cost management.
• Oversee production defects and service requests to ensure adherence to agreed SLAs.
• Plan and manage the development lifecycle for small BAU changes and defect fixes.
• Maintain accurate documentation for the MDM application and propose operational process improvements.
• Support bank initiatives requiring new or modified services from the MDM platform.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing data platforms and support teams.
• Deep understanding of MDM concepts, processes, and industry challenges.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica Master Data Management and related tools.
• In-depth knowledge of software delivery lifecycles and technical change management.
• Deep technical knowledge of database systems and ETL tools.
• Experience managing vendors and distributed teams across multiple locations.
• Familiarity with data security rules within a banking environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a banking environment.
• Knowledge of Oracle Customer Hub and OEDQ.
