Description

You will lead the design, architecture, and technical delivery of high-quality Stibo STEP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through all activities required to deliver STEP solutions using industry best practices.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and high-level design workshops.
• Define data governance strategies, policies, roles, responsibilities, processes, and controls.
• Prepare detailed design documents and migration approaches.
• Configure, build, and unit test STEP components including data structures, roles, workflows, and portals.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience implementing MDM solutions.
• At least 4 full lifecycle implementations of Product MDM and PIM solutions.
• Direct experience with Stibo STEP MDM/PIM implementations.
• Deep understanding of Product Data models and solution design.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles and technical management.
• Ability to define technical specifications for workflows and business rules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and team-facilitation skills.

• Any Graduate degree.
