Description

You will own full-stack development of distributed services and web applications using Domain Driven Design in an agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components across the full software development lifecycle.
• Manage release planning, requirements gathering, and test execution to ensure quality delivery.
• Contribute to architectural and infrastructural design decisions for scalable applications.
• Mentor junior engineers and enforce high code standards through rigorous peer code reviews.
• Collaborate with Product and Business leads to analyze business environments and solve complex problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a MEAN Stack Developer.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with MongoDB and relational databases including MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience consuming and producing REST APIs.
• Working knowledge of asynchronous coding practices such as Promises and Observables.
• Experience with responsive design for desktop and mobile applications.
• Competency in Source Control Management systems and familiarity with Linux and Windows environments.
• Experience working within product-based teams using Agile methodologies.
• Background in Java, .Net, PHP, or jQuery.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial services or other regulated environments.
• Knowledge of common design patterns and pattern-based development.
