Description

Lead the self-perform pipefitting group to construct a SEMI production facility in Sparks, NV.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams including coordinators, buyers, superintendents, and craft personnel.
• Conduct constructability reviews of design packages and manage project risks.
• Interface with construction engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and commissioning teams.
• Track schedules and budgets, ensuring QA/QC requirements are met.
• Manage change control and perform cost/schedule variance analysis.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in the mechanical field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Proven experience managing projects valued at $25M or more.
• Provide material take-offs and estimates from construction drawings.
• Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and managing P&IDs.
• Experience with RFI processes and construction baseline development.
• Strong skills in cost/schedule performance and variance analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SEMI production facilities.
