Description

You will manage the planning, execution, and turnover of mechanical systems for a ground-up manufacturing facility construction project in Sparks, NV.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage teams to execute wet and dry mechanical systems, including process piping, wastewater, and domestic water.
• Create execution plans to meet specific cost and schedule requirements.
• Perform constructability reviews during design development to ensure engineering documents align with project needs.
• Develop funding requests for new projects and work with procurement to create biddable work packages.
• Verify contractor proposals against cost and schedule estimates and drive technical resolutions to queries.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in construction or project management.
• Proven track record managing mechanical work on $100M+ industrial or commercial construction projects.
• Extensive knowledge of ASTM and ASME standards.
• Expertise in process piping, wet and dry mechanical systems, wastewater, and domestic water systems.
• Ability to develop and track cost-loaded schedules.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, PlanGrid, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree (MS preferred) or equivalent field experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
