Description

You will design and analyze mechanical systems, equipment, and packaging for the semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze mechanical systems, equipment, and packaging.
• Conduct structural and thermal/flow simulations for design validation, optimization, and testing.
• Perform feasibility studies and testing on new and modified designs.
• Direct support personnel in detailed design preparation, testing, and prototype fabrication.
• Collect and analyze data from testing and simulations.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in mechanical design and analysis.
• Proficiency in FEA/CFD using Ansys Fluids/Mechanical or Simcenter 3D.
• Expertise in CAD using NX and Inventor.
• Experience working within the semiconductor industry.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
