Description

You will act as an intermediate level designer within an NPI environment, converting design concepts into new products and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D models for complex devices and small housings using CAD software.
• Perform intermediate level linear stackup studies.
• Apply advanced Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) to design data.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve technical problems under tight deadlines.
• Assist lower level designers and draftspersons with assigned tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of design experience or a Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience.
• Mandatory expertise in ProE Creo9.
• Mandatory experience in the Aerospace domain.
• Advanced proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Experience managing design data within Windchill.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Proficiency with CAD software and ERP systems.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in an NPI environment.
