Description

You will design and validate fluidic and thermal systems while ensuring performance, reliability, and manufacturability.

Responsibilities

• Design fluidic and thermal systems using CREO and manage changes in Windchill.
• Perform lab testing, validation, and troubleshooting of fluidic systems and controls.
• Support quality initiatives including DFMEA, test planning, and Design of Experiments (DOE).
• Analyze test data and generate detailed reports with actionable insights.
• Develop system specifications and apply structured problem-solving methods (8D, A3, DMAIC).

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Biomedical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and validation.
• Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and electromechanical systems.
• Proficiency in CREO for system design and Windchill for change management.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory testing and instrumentation.
• Experience with Matlab, Python, or LabVIEW for data analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with stage-gate product development and quality engineering principles.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with mechanical, electrical, software, and manufacturing teams.
