Description

You will own the complete mechanical design lifecycle, from requirements and feasibility to manufacturing handoff.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform fluid, thermal, vibrational, and FEA modeling to validate designs.
• Create conceptual and detailed designs using Pro-E, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
• Develop detailed drawings, assembly procedures, test procedures, and service manuals.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure design requirements are specified and achieved.
• Resolve product issues across all phases and coordinate integration with EE, systems, and manufacturing teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design engineering.
• Proficiency with Pro-E, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
• Experience with feasibility studies, cost analysis, and scheduling.
• Ability to conduct prototype testing and system integration.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
