Description

You will qualify product mechanical performance through testing and data analysis. You own the verification process from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• Create, qualify, and execute detailed verification tests to measure product mechanical KPIs.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test procedures for consumer electronics components.
• Generate measurement concepts, sketches, and engineering calculations to support verification goals.
• Communicate test results and technical findings to product design partners.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of application in mechanical engineering fundamentals.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD software.
• Strong ability to interpret 2D GD&T drawings, technical manuals, and component specifications.
• Experience with engineering verification concepts and measurement devices.
• Ability to develop and execute detailed test procedures.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to drive practical results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform engineering calculations and create technical sketches.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Siemens NX, JMP, or Tableau for statistical analysis.
• Experience with DOE (Design of Experiments) and statistical analysis.
• Background in consumer electronics or a related industry.
