Description

You will execute mechanical design tasks using SolidWorks, managing the full lifecycle from modeling to production support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Model, draft, and design components including sheet metal and weldments.
• Optimize large assemblies using LargeDesignReview, Lightweight, and SpeedPak methodologies.
• Support prototyping, testing, and resolution of production issues.
• Manage design revisions using ChangeManagement procedures.
• Apply DFM and DFA practices during the design lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of design/development experience in Mechanical Design.
• Expertise in SolidWorks modeling, drafting, sheet metal, and weldments.
• Hands-on experience with Teamcenter (PLM, EBOM, MBOM, ECR, ECO).
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and ASME standards.
• Experience optimizing large assemblies.
• Basic understanding of Machining, Fabrication, and SheetMetal processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
