Description

You will produce and revise technical drawings to support engineering and manufacturing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and revise CAD drawings using engineering direction to meet project specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers to define design requirements and task objectives.
• Provide drafting support for new products, existing product lines, and manufacturing processes.
• Use standard inspection tools like calipers, height gages, and optical comparators to verify parts against print specifications.
• Participate in FAA inspections, ISO certification, and customer audits.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in drafting and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, CREO, or related 3D engineering modeling software.
• Strong knowledge of CAD drafting principles and industry standards.
• Ability to use standard inspection tools (calipers, height gages, optical comparators) for part verification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a team environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the aerospace field.
• Experience with ATS Inspect software.
