Description

You will lead mechanical design and packaging efforts for diesel and gas power engine and generator sets.

Responsibilities

• Translate technical requirements from sales into concept drawings and technical submittals.
• Develop detailed designs using Creo and manage part and group level drawings with off-shore teams.
• Generate Bills of Materials (BOM) for procurement and manufacturing execution systems.
• Produce site installation guides for dealers and contractors.
• Manage multiple programs and resolve technical roadblocks to meet project objectives.

Required Skills

• 8 to 13 years of relevant packaging experience with diesel and gas power engine or generator sets.
• Proficiency in Creo 3D modeling software.
• Experience in engine or genset mechanical design, enclosure design, or cooling and structural development.
• Working knowledge of Teamcenter and AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Proven ability in customer-facing engineering, sales, or support functions.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree completed within the required years of professional experience.
