Mechanical Engineer

You will design and develop mechanical products from concept through validation.

Responsibilities

• Develop product concepts and high-quality, cost-effective designs within project timelines.
• Execute product design, validation testing, and simulation tasks.
• Perform root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving to resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engineering solutions.
• Create and present technical updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology, or an Associate's degree with 6+ years of experience.
• 3-5 years of mechanical engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Creo (Pro/E) modeling and simulation tools or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
• Strong knowledge of engineering processes, drawing standards, and specifications.
• Experience in product development, including design and validation testing.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills for root cause determination.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Teamcenter or equivalent release workflow software.
• Ability to perform Creo Simulate analysis or equivalent.
• Participation in SAE competitions such as Mini Baja, Formula, or Supermileage.
