Description

You will design and develop automation equipment, managing the full lifecycle from concept through prototyping, testing, and production support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design automation equipment using SolidWorks, ensuring compliance with mechanical engineering standards.
• Select and specify sheet metal, plastic, and machined components for assembly and durability.
• Build and iterate prototypes, conducting rigorous testing to validate performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design issues and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Apply strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex mechanical failures in the field.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 7+ years of professional experience in mechanical design.
• Expert-level proficiency in SolidWorks for 3D modeling and assembly.
• Deep knowledge of sheet metal, plastic, and machined component design principles.
• Hands-on experience with prototyping methods and physical testing protocols.
• Proven ability to design automation equipment for industrial applications.
• Strong technical communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
