Description

You will develop engine systems for the Spark Ignited Gas Engine Performance team, focusing on performance requirements, calibration, and validation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define engine performance requirements and calibration strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project progress and resolve technical challenges.
• Support product validation in test environments and field settings.
• Ensure compliance with program requirements for performance, controls, emissions, and software.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of engine fundamentals and combustion principles.
• Proficiency with CAN bus protocols and data analysis.
• Experience working with engineering software tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in IC engine performance development or simulation/modeling.
• Project management skills.
