Description

You will lead mechanical and piping design projects within plant engineering environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects as mechanical lead by managing man-hour estimations, delivery schedules, and input analysis.
• Develop equipment layouts, piping arrangements, and nozzle orientation studies.
• Execute design reviews, model reviews, and quality checks on 2D drawings and MTOs.
• Coordinate with clients and other departments to resolve technical questions and site queries.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in mechanical engineering.
• Proficiency in piping and utility design, including skids, equipment general arrangements, and vessel sketches.
• Ability to interpret GAD, P&ID, Isometric, Vendor, and Support Detail drawings.
• Experience with ASME B-31.3 and BPE piping standards.
• Knowledge of material specifications and valve data sheets.
• Working knowledge of FMCG production processes from raw material to finished goods.
• Proficiency with Navisworks, AutoCAD Plant 3D, SolidWorks, or Inventor.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
