Description

Design and manage mechanical components and systems within a multi-disciplinary team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own full projects or lead small project teams from concept through execution.
• Build, prototype, and troubleshoot hardware devices hands-on.
• Deliver technical presentations to management, suppliers, and customers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements.
• Travel up to 10% to visit customer sites and supplier facilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD systems such as SolidWorks, Inventor, or ProE.
• Hands-on experience with prototyping and device troubleshooting.
• Strong technical communication skills for interfacing with all levels of stakeholders.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing semiconductor capital equipment, including vacuum vessels, wafer handling, or motion mechanisms.
• Knowledge of ion beam/vacuum physics or SEMI regulatory standards.
• Experience with SAP or similar PLM systems.
