Description

You will lead scale projects from concept to realization, managing cross-departmental workflows and ensuring on-time delivery. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, action steps, and schedules for large-scale assignments.
• Analyze and recommend technological solutions to reduce expenses and improve cost structures without compromising quality.
• Perform complex assignments to develop new procedures, conduct training, and manage process validation.
• Apply functional knowledge to design and customize workflow systems for seamless integration.
• Provide expertise through statistical analysis, inspections, and validation activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering.
• Proficiency in MDR and PFMEA.
• Strong programming skillset.
• Electrical and automation experience.
• Exposure to CIP programming.
• Technical writing for protocols, validation reports, and design validation reports.
• Ability to conduct DOE, inspection, and measurement.
• Competency in process validation and equipment operation procedures.
• Understanding of industry standards and cost-benefit analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in project, account, and people management.
