Description

You will research, design, and test mechanical devices, engines, and tools.

Responsibilities

• Create CAD models of design concepts and develop structural designs alongside draftsmen.
• Analyze customer specifications and proposals to determine project time and cost feasibility.
• Build lightweight analysis models and apply results back to design models.
• Produce detailed prints and drawings of CAD models for supplier collaboration.
• Investigate equipment failures to diagnose faulty operation and provide maintenance recommendations.

Required Skills

• 5 to 7 years of mechanical design experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• High proficiency in CAD modeling.
• Experience with lightweight analysis using tools like Creo Simulate or FloEFD.
• Ability to produce detailed technical prints.
• Mechanical, electrical, or thermal studies background.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced proficiency with Creo modeling.
• Design experience related to battery systems or off-road equipment.
