Description

You will lead the end-to-end design and development of new pump products.

Responsibilities

• Lead concept development and design for new high-pressure pump products.
• Oversee prototype creation and validation through rigorous testing protocols.
• Select optimal materials and components to ensure performance and durability.
• Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate design flaws.
• Collaborate with DFM/DFA and FEA teams to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, specifically pump design.
• Expertise in high-pressure pump design and development.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software, preferably Autodesk Inventor.
• Applied knowledge of DFM, DFA, and GD&T within the pump design field.
• Strong understanding of the new product development cycle.
• Ability to apply generative design to accelerate product development.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Deep understanding of industry standards and regulatory certifications.
