Description

Lead the design and development of air compressors for HVAC applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the design process for new air compressor products from concept through launch.
• Execute new product development using DFMEA, risk analysis, and mitigation planning.
• Develop equipment designs in accordance with ASME standards.
• Apply machining knowledge and tolerances to ensure manufacturing feasibility.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in HVAC and compressor design.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T.
• Experience with DFMEA and risk mitigation.
• Practical understanding of machining and manufacturing systems.
• Working knowledge of ASME standards.
• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in rotating equipment design and development.
