Description

You will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of introducing new machinery and equipment into production processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee machine introduction from concept to implementation, including timelines, budgets, and resource planning.
• Conduct market analysis and evaluate new technologies for operational suitability.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and maintenance teams to define specifications and integration strategies.
• Execute testing and validation phases to ensure performance meets quality standards and operational requirements.
• Create technical documentation for machine specifications, operation manuals, and maintenance schedules.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during installation and initial implementation.
• Ensure all machinery complies with safety regulations and company standards.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in machine introduction, manufacturing processes, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Working experience in a machine shop environment.
• Knowledge of CNC programming.
• Proficiency in machinery operation, maintenance techniques, and production processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills to assess machine performance and operational needs.
• Ability to travel to project locations as required.
