Description

Maintain production lines and direct maintenance personnel to ensure operational efficiency while driving manufacturing process improvements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Program and troubleshoot Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs and FANUC robots.
• Drive mechanical upgrades to tooling and equipment.
• Manage multi-discipline projects ensuring conformance to customer requirements.
• Implement error-proofing methods and equipment to maintain quality standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering roles.
• Hands-on programming experience with Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs.
• Proficiency in FANUC robot programming and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of OHSA, TS 16949, and IATF 16949 standards.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing concepts and problem resolution methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
• Degree in any engineering or technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Knowledge of torque specifications and applications.
