Description

Lead the full lifecycle of EPC, Construction Management, and Program Management projects from inception to completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own overall project execution to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget.
• Manage project safety, quality, schedule, cost control, and contract administration.
• Direct construction staffing, including labor requirements and supervision for multiple crafts.
• Implement the Project Execution Plan covering procurement, quality assurance, and safety.
• Oversee the downstream RFP and bid process, including subcontractor selection and scope of work documentation.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven expertise in EPC Project Manager roles.
• Extensive experience in Construction Management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, and prime contracts.
• Ability to manage project risk registers and mitigation plans.
• Strong background in project controls, including budgeting and cash flow forecasting.
• Experience with site mobilization and demobilization oversight.
