Description

You will lead large-scale, multi-million dollar mechanical projects from initial concept through to realization.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale, rolling capex projects from start to finish within a manufacturing environment.
• Communicate project status and technical updates directly to high-end stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Oversee manufacturing and production capabilities to ensure project alignment with technical requirements.
• Coordinate planning and organization to meet strict deadlines under pressure.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management or project leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering multi-million dollar manufacturing projects.
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing and production processes.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Expertise in planning and organizational workflows.
• Experience in Automotive, Power, Healthcare, or Quality Systems industries.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing techniques in the automobile or commercial vehicle industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge of Quality Systems such as TS 16949, ISO9001, or AS9100.
